Learn how a group of Ohio Universities and Colleges collaborated, through the CENTSS audit process to improve Web-based student services.
Resources:
- WCET -The Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications- is an organization open to providers and users of educational technologies. Their mission is to promote and advance the effective use of technology in higher education.
- CENTSS -The Center for Transforming Student Services is a one-stop virtual center where institutions can find a plethora of resources to help them better support all students (those studying on and off campus) as they strive to increase learner success and retention.
