He also manages faculty training in online technologies and pedagogies, leads research of new technologies related to online education, and acts as lead instructional designer in online course development.

Mr. Ducat coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new credit and non-credit online programs. He also serves as system administrator of the college's learner management system, develops training programs and materials for faculty and staff, and serves on the college's functional committee which oversees the current and future technological resources of the institution.
